JAIN Evening College successfully conducted a five-day Faculty Development Programme (FDP) from 14th to 18th July 2025 on the theme “Teaching Tomorrow: Inclusive Pedagogies & Smart Tech for Gen Z.” Held in hybrid mode at the Seminar Hall, JAIN Evening College, VV Puram, Bengaluru, the event witnessed enthusiastic participation from academicians, research scholars, students, and corporate professionals from across the country.
The programme aimed to empower educators with modern teaching tools and inclusive methodologies to effectively connect with Gen Z learners. Each session was thoughtfully curated to blend theoretical insights with practical applications. Resource persons from diverse academic and industry backgrounds delivered engaging presentations on topics such as AI in education, flipped classrooms, experiential learning, digital collaboration tools, and inclusive teaching practices.
Participants gained valuable exposure to tech-integrated pedagogy, learner engagement strategies, and the importance of adaptability in the modern classroom. The event also featured interactive Q&A sessions, case discussions, and best practices in higher education.
